Clean rooms, a great location, and walking distance from many happening spots in the city. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional staff and service. Everyone was polite and helpful, but a special mention to Zaid Khan—extremely attentive and always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience in Pune. Highly recommended

Had spent good time in bloom Balewady the support provided by the Rajesh was nice. Stay is good and the staff very helpful specially rajesh very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout. A few small improvements could make the experience even better, but overall it was a good stay and value for money. Would recommend food by Rajesh chef

Jaid Khan and Surojit Das from service and kitchen make yummy food fast. They were able to adapt quickly to my dietary restrictions and were able to communicate well in English, which helped me as a foreigner a lot. The people from the reception and the people from the housecleaning were nice, fast and accommodating. Breakfast has a good variety. One thing to improve, I wish they had more ironing boards.

The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality, making my stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were well appointed, modern, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing and hassle free stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. What truly stood out, however, was the exemplary service from the staff, Specially by Mr.Kiran More, he has very helpful nature and very politeness Person.whether at reception, housekeeping, or the dining areas, was marked by professionalism, genuine courtesy, and a willingness to go the extra mile. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in delivering a memorable guest experience. Overall, a wonderful stay and certainly a place I would recommend to both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were well-maintained and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed for a productive and relaxing stay. Room service was prompt and efficient, which added to the convenience throughout my visit. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was courteous and helpful, but I would especially like to mention Shankar for his exceptional service. His professionalism and friendly attitude made my stay even more comfortable.
